Our delivery service is currently operative and follows the World Health Organization (WHO) guidance in order to guarantee your safety and to keep our colleagues safe. However, due to the current restrictions, orders might change or take longer to deliver. Thank you for your patience during this busy time.
- Shipping is free of charge and orders are delivered within two working days in Spain (except Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and Andorra.
- Transport will be carried out by Correos Express and GLS.
- Orders can be tracked through the carrier’s own website as appropriate, with the tracking number that we will send to your email address.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla Delivery
- Shipping to the Canary Islands and Melilla is done by air with GLS carrier, has a shipping cost of 22€ and is delivered within 48 to 72 hours. In the case of Ceuta and Melilla, the shipping cost is 40€.
- In the case of exchanges and returns from the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must assume the costs of leaving the community (customs clearance).
Balearic Islands Delivery
- Shipping to the Balearic Islands is done by air with Correos Express carrier, has a shipping cost of 12,5€ and is delivered within 48 to 72 hours.
- In the case of exchanges and returns from the Balearic Islands, the customer must assume the costs of leaving the community (customs clearance).
- Shipments are free of charge and will be delivered within 4/5 working days.
- The transport will be made through the DHL.
- Orders can be tracked via the DHL, using the tracking number we will send to you by e-mail.
- Deliveries to the UK and Switzerland are subject to a 25€ shipping charge.

- In case of return or exchange, the customer will cover the total cost of the shipment.
- No deliveries are made on weekends.
- To avoid delivery issues (wrong address, failure to find someone at home, etc.) it is important to fill out the form correctly and essential to fill out the phone number box.
- Prices on the website are subject to change due to data processing.
- You expressly authorize us to issue an electronic invoice, although you may indicate at any time your wish to receive a paper invoice, in which case we will issue it and send it to you.
- In case of several failed delivery attempts, the package may be taken back to the transport office, where it will be available for collection during several days. If the package is not claimed/picked up by the customer it will be returned to Gaimo, who will process the refund. Please bear in mind that the transport might have an additional cost arising from the resolution and we will be authorized to pass on the expenses involved.
- In case Gaimo cannot meet the delivery times due to lack of stock, our customer service will contact you to inform you and confirm the service date, exchange or order cancelation and process immediately the appropriate refund.
